How does the free trial work?

Neat Nest - Home Cleaning offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After your trial ends, you'll need a subscription to continue using the app. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and won't be charged.

What's included in the subscription?

Your subscription includes unlimited rooms, personalized cleaning schedules, streak tracking, progress statistics, reminder notifications, and cloud sync across all your devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Neat Nest - Home Cleaning > Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I change my cleaning schedule?

Go to Settings in the app and tap on "Preferences." From there, you can adjust your home size, cleaning intensity, and preferred cleaning time.

What happens if I miss a day?

Neat Nest - Home Cleaning includes a grace period! If you miss one day, your streak won't break. However, missing two or more consecutive days will reset your streak. Don't worry though - you can always start building a new one!

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also contact us at our support email to request account deletion.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Neat Nest - Home Cleaning in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > Neat Nest - Home Cleaning). Also check that you haven't enabled Do Not Disturb mode during your preferred reminder time.

Can I customize which rooms appear in my tasks?

Yes! During onboarding, you can select which rooms are in your home. You can also modify this later in Settings > Rooms.
