Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Neat Nest - Home Cleaning ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Neat Nest - Home Cleaning is a mobile application that helps users create and maintain personalized cleaning schedules. The App provides:
- Customizable cleaning task schedules based on your home and preferences
- Timer functionality for focused cleaning sessions
- Progress tracking and streak monitoring
- Reminder notifications (with your permission)
Free Trial and Subscription
Neat Nest - Home Cleaning offers a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all features. After the trial period ends, continued use of the App requires an active subscription.
- Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
- Subscription: After the trial, you will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
Account Registration
To use the App, you may create an account using:
- Email and password
- Sign in with Apple
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Creating an account allows you to sync your data across devices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neat Nest - Home Cleaning and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
User Content
Any data you input into the App (such as room configurations, task completions, and preferences) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neat Nest - Home Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neat Nest - Home Cleaning and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neat Nest - Home Cleaning operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
